Jeremy can take his medicine in his sleep! We were a bit late giving him his midday antibiotics, so we decided to give him his evening ones after he had gone to sleep. We went into his room and asked him to sit up for his meds. He obediently sat up, opened his mouth and sucked on the medicine syringe. Then he lay down and either went back to sleep or continued sleeping (we're not sure which!).
